Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) – UK Advertising Regulator
Role: The ASA regulates advertising across all media in the UK and enforces the UK Advertising Codes, which require marketers to screen against Baby MPS. You can report misleading, harmful, or fraudulent advertising, including in direct mail or online marketing.
