Complaints

Should the baby related mailings continue to be received at the registered address, you may like to make use of our complaints service.

To proceed with the online complaint form, the name and address must be registered on the Baby MPS. We also require an electronic copy of the mailing that clearly shows the name and address as they appear on the mailing. You can either scan a copy of the mailing or, if you have a smartphone or device, take a photo of it and email it to us at bmps@dma.org.uk after completing this complaint form.
